Live & Interactive Online Auctions ...The Hollis Morgan philosophy is based on combining traditional high street agency with modern technology allowing us to build lasting relationships by listening to our clients, understanding your situation and delivering on our advice. Our experienced team pride themselves not only on achieving the best results but the satisfaction of a job well done - this pragmatic approach has enabled us to build the largest firm of auctioneers in the West Country. Covid has meant dramatic adjustments to our working practices, famous for our large public auctions we have adapted by launching a monthly Live Online Auction service - an interactive platform for Buying & Selling all types of land and property. A Live online auction has all the benefits of a traditional auction such as speed & transparency but with the advantage of being able to bid from anywhere with the auction streamed live on the Hollis Morgan website and the option to bid by telephone, proxy or online.
Since April 2020 we have sold 350 lots by this updated method - we have embraced this change and move forward with our 2022 live online calendar of sales confident we can provide the best service for our clients.

Olly has worked in Estate Agency since 2003, beginning his career as Andrew’s junior negotiator ( Tea Boy! ) at a local independent firm before moving on to auction assistant and eventually running the sales department. Olly then founded Hollis Morgan with Andrew in 2010, briefly trading from his garage, before quickly taking premises in Clifton Village - the rest is history!

Nick is a Gloucestershire boy and studied for a Property Management & Investment Degree at UWE. He followed his traditional family career into the property industry, joining the Hollis Morgan auction team in 2012. Nick has a wide geographical knowledge and was promoted to senior auciton negotiator in 2022 and is responsible for pre auction offers and vendor feedback.

Calum has worked in agency since 2009 joining Hollis Morgan as a sales negotiator in 2012, he quickly progressed to head up the Residential Sales Team and was fundamental in the launch of our New Homes department and became a Director in May 2021.

Sarah joined us in 2014 and coordinates the day to day running of our business, she has lived in Bristol for nearly 30 years and worked previously for Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service. Sarah joined us from a HR & Employment law company and using this experience is responsible for all aspects of compliance, auction legal packs, bidding registration and liaising with vendor solicitors and is a vital cog in ensuring that auction lots are able to be sold.

Lucinda started her property career in 2006 as a weekend negotiator for an Independent Estate Agent. After graduating from uni and having her first child she returned to work full time in the Westbury on Trym branch. Working her way up she passed all of her property exams and qualified as a member of The National Association of Estate Agents, The Association of Residential Letting Agents and The Association of Professional Inventory Providers - A genuine triple threat!

Originally from France, Karine was brought up on the edge of Brittany, in her beloved city of Nantes. Further to completing a degree in Foreign Languages and Education, Karine moved to Bristol to teach French. She then worked in the airline industry until succumbing to her love for properties. She worked as Senior Letting Negotiator for a couple of Letting Agencies in Clifton until joining Hollis Morgan in September 2017.

George joined the Hollis Morgan team as a Sales Negotiator in the Summer of 2016 after graduating from university and hit the ground running! He has proven himself an excellent agent and has developed his own unique blend of charm and professionalism as a Valuer and became an associate director in May 2021.

After taking a short retirement break in 2021 she joined Hollis Morgan in 2022, acting as our In House Lawyer where we rely on her wealth of experience. She provides the crucial role of supervising auction contracts, post sale administration and liaising with buyers solicitors.

Josh moved to Bristol in November 2020 following his studies and has been gaining valuable experience in property lettings, joining Hollis Morgan in July 2021 as a member of the auction team responsible for hosting viewings, providing client feedback and revolutionising our approach to video tours!
