Heritable Trust Group is a property investment group that owns and manages a portfolio of properties, including the letting of studio and one bedroom flats in South Kensington.

We also develop properties in and around South West London dealing regularly in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, The City of Westminster, and Hammersmith and Fulham, ranging from large apartment blocks to individual houses. We also manage a portfolio of investment properties that are owned by ourselves.

Our flats are primarily in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and we specialise in affordable accommodation consisting of studio apartments and one bedroom flats that are suitable for students and young professionals. As our properties are in well known residential areas they benefit from very good transport links with buses, underground/tube stations and shopping facilities all just a few minutes walk at the most. We also manage these properties and have an in house maintenance team.

A lot of our flats are particularly suitable for students as they are only 10 minutes walk from Imperial College and the other further educational organisations in South Kensington as well as being just a short distance away from the other central areas of London. The majority of our properties have been refurbished recently and are offered in a contemporary and neutral decor with comfortable furnishings.

Our studios and one bedroom flats are conveniently close to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum, Christie’s of South Kensington, Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Kings Road, Peter Jones and a wide range of convenience stores, restaurants, bars, health clubs/gyms, art galleries and late night shops.
