  Well, what can I say about myself! I have been in the industry since 2004, initially part time then in 2006 on a full time basis. I love my job and when the opportunity came up to open my own office with the help of my great time I grasped it with both hands. Since opening the office on the 9th March 2015 we have been the most successful agent in YO21 & YO22 postcodes and I put this down to a fantastic team effort and a great leader. We are all passionate about property this stands out.

  Property Consultant

  'Mart’ Joined the team in early April 2015 and is keen to help customers find their dream property. He is a local lad from a prominent Whitby family and has an extensive knowledge of the Town and surrounding rural areas. He has a real love for cars and if he can sell houses like he buys cars, then he will prove to be a real asset indeed. Outside of work you will find Martin cleaning his car or shopping for some new clothes (not easy when you are 6’5”).

  Property Consultant

  Karin, has been in the business since 2015 and just wants to match buyers to the perfect property. She is a real asset within the firm and is keen to get properties on the market and sold to the right buyers. Originally Karin only came to cover a weekend when another member of the team was off but loved the job so much she came to work full time, initially for free but now gets a wage from her son Nick.

  Carolyn Rhea MARLA

  Letting Manager

  Carolyn spent the major part of her life working for a local Land Agent to take over the day to day running of a private estate. This involved not only property management but also country pursuits and liaising with corporate clients. She then work for another local letting agent until she came to work for Nick. With 35 years experience under her belt you can rest assured your in safe hands.

  Isabel Jowsey

  Lettings Consultant

  Isabel joined the team in October 2016 and has been in a front of house customer service role for the last 5 years. She has picked up the lettings side of the business very well and is currently undergoing a business administration NVQ and will then progress onto the technical award for the residential lettings and management. Isabel is great with customers and just wants to find tenants a suitable home.

  Claire Coughlan

  Property Consultant

  Claire joined the team in February 2018 with experience in customer service and sales previously. She started with us in the lettings team and has now progressed in to the sales department therefore she can help with most of your Lettings and Sales property needs. She completed her ARLA training (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualification in 2019 and plans to gain further qualifications in property sales.
