Josh opened Harris Wickens in 2023 following a successful 17 years working for a local independent agent. His success has been built on a vast local knowledge, coupled with a reputation for honesty and a genuine care for his clients. Having grown up in Horsham, Josh has an intimate knowledge of the local market and is experienced at selling a wide range of properties. After joining the industry in 2006, Josh obtained his NAEA Technical Award, so has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry.

Leanne began her Estate Agency career in 2015 working for a larger national Estate Agency chain where she won many awards for her sales negotiator and customer service skills. While working for a local independent estate agent, Leanne became a finalist in the MIO Sales Progressor of the Year awards 2021. Leanne grew up in the local village of Broadbridge Heath and bought her first property in the Village of Southwater, which she recently sold to buy her new home in Horsham.
