Having worked in the industry since he was 17, there are few to rival his experience and knowledge. Jamie previously managed a well know estate agency, winning office of the year on several occasions before setting up Harris & Lee which many felt he should have done years before he did. Lee Murfitt
Director
Lee Murfitt has over 20 years experience in Estate Agency which he embarked upon after living abroad for a few years supporting his parents with a bar/restaurant venture in Tenerife. Starting as a trainee negotiator Lee progressed to a senior branch manager for a highly respected Estate Agency in Weston before joining forces with his business partner Jamie Harris. Lee is a self confessed perfectionist who takes pride in presenting properties in their very best light and when he is not taking a 'perfect sunny front shot' or producing an accurate floor plan, he is cleaning the office (or his car) to convey the right image to his customers. Jamie says: 'Lee has a 'sixth sense' when it comes to reading situations and buyers preferences which often helps produce a very secure sale for our sellers. He would also make a great 'Mrs Mop! '
Kia Moorcraft

Kia has several year's Estate Agency experience and previously worked with Lee & Jamie when they both managed well known local branches. When the opportunity arose for Kia to join forces with Harris & Lee he jumped at the chance. Lee says "Kia was our first choice senior negotiator and we're delighted to work alongside him again. He fits in perfectly with our company's ethos and is regularly praised for his attitude, friendliness and customer care". Clair Gulen first started in the industry in 2002 in Clevedon as a Trainee Negotiator and soon established herself as a valued member of the sales team gaining promotion to a senior position in Weston-super-Mare where she worked under the leadership of Lee Murfitt. Following a very successful period as one of the leading sales negotiators in the company, she left to start a family. Kate has around 8 year's experience working in the property sector including residential sales, surveying departments and commercial property. Kate worked alongside Lee way back in 1996, we think it was! This was in the early years of their Estate Agency careers. She then took some time out to start a family but when Harris & Lee opened she asked if there were any opportunities available, in her words "I wouldn't want to work anywhere else than here"! Lee Murfitt says " I don't think Kate realises how good a sales person she really is, she brightens up every day with her bubbly personality. In the office she is better known to her colleagues as Kate 'Outstanding' Esgate".
Ian Catling

There is certainly a common theme with regard to all the Harris & Lee's team members - they have all previously worked alongside Jamie & Lee and Ian Catling is no exception to rule.
