Senior Lettings Manager
Emma is mainly responsible for carrying out valuations, taking on new properties and working alongside new and current landlords. She works closely with the viewings team to assist with letting properties on the market as required. Emma is also involved with many aspects of the business. Emma has worked at Harringtons for the past 6 years, developing her role throughout the business. Emma joined the company after spending time travelling & after finishing a 3 year course at Chichester College.

Senior Administration Assistant
Rachel is one of our property managers who deals with the day to day running and management of our properties. She has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business and industry and prides herself on being passionate, approachable and efficient. Over the last couple of years Rachel has been awarded several awards via All Agents including the best overall agent in the UK. Rachel has worked at Harringtons for the past 6 years.

Administration Assistant
Kate is one of our property managers within Harringtons Lettings dealing with the everyday running of the admin department. Kate deals with any maintenance and admin aspects that arise from properties liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to get issues resolved in a timely manner. Over the last 4 years Kate has gained a wealth of knowledge in property maintenance and the lettings industry. Kate has been with Harringtons Lettings for the past 3 years.

Mark Harrington
Director
Mark now works full time in the acquisitions department. Whilst he is the owner of Harringtons Lettings his passion has always been to purchase properties on behalf of clients. His role is to oversee his various companies and to ensure that the business is moving forward in this ever changing industry. Mark spent the first ten years of his career as a legal executive in a solicitor's office. He worked for three different companies gaining a wide knowledge of all legal matters.

Lettings Coordinator
Janey is one of our lettings administrators who deals with the lettings side of the business. She also organises all of the websites and day to day marketing including social media. She is passionate about her role and her customer service is second to none. She is looking forward to progressing within the company. Janey has worked for Harringtons over the last year and prior to this worked at another letting agent in Hove. She feels her role in Harringtons is forever evolving.
