  Joe Hammond

  Director

  I set up Hammond Properties over 15 years ago and began building the company with a small, but experienced team. Being a qualified Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent, Joe has wealth of experience in the property and construction industry from career working for a multi discipline construction consultancy practice. My experience as a landlord has been fundamental in achieving a high standard of service we offer to our clients.

  Office Manager

  I have several years of experience working for a major Housing Association, gaining extensive experience in the private renting sector. At Hammond Properties I manage the Residential Lettings and welcome the opportunity to discuss how we may assist with the letting of your property. As a local independent Lettings and Property Management Company, we have seen fantastic growth over recent years including expansion into new offices, which is testament to our success.

  Mary Lekedour

  Administrator/Finance Assistant

  Mary joined our team in 2022 as an Administrator/ Finance Assistant to assist our growing block management team. Mary is instrumental to the day-to-day running’s of our block management team, assisting our property managers.

  Lucy Philpot

  Head of Block Managment

  Lucy joined our team this year as an experienced property manager having worked on many developments across the South East including new build properties for well-known housing associations. Lucy is not phased by challenges and goes above and beyond to ensure that leaseholders and tenants are satisfied. Lucy is currently in process of undertaking her IRPM exams.

  Property Manager

  Lee joined our team in 2022 as experienced property manager. Lee prides himself on the care he shows his clients and is instrumental to the office ‘day-to-day’ running and of key assistance to his colleagues. Lee last year achieved his AIRPM accreditation, of which the key objective is to raise standards across the property management sector.

  Connie joined our team our team in 2021 as an assistant property manager having worked on many developments across the South East. Connie prides herself on managing client and leaseholder expectations being professional and reactive to every day needs. Connie is currently working towards an Associate IRPM qualification.

  Rachel joined our team in 2022 as an experienced property manager, having worked for a leading block property management company. Rachel oversees our growing retirement home portfolio.

  Mia joined our team in 2022 as a property manager, having previously worked in property market for a leading estate agent. Mia is a great asset to the team, managing our expanding lettings portfolio.

  Assistant Lettings Property Manager

  Jodie joined our team in 2021 as administrator, having previously worked in the property market for an estate agent and recently joined our lettings team as a assistant property manager. Jodie is instrumental to the day-to-day running’s of our lettings team, assisting our property managers.
