Friday 9am - 4.30pm Saturday 9.30 am-2.00pm FEE'S - Holding Deposit - Equivalent to 1 weeks rent. Deposit Equivalent to 5 weeks rent. Payment of £50 if you want to change or assign the tenancy agreement. Payment of interest for late payment of rent at 3% above the Bank of England base rate on rent more than 14 days overdue. Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with a early termination of the tenancy. Payment for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices, this will vary dependant on type and number lost.
