  Oliver Bush

  Director

  Hi I'm Oliver Bush and I'm a Director here at Grapevine. I come from a sporting background where I dedicated most my younger of years, up till the age of 18, playing badminton for England where at my peak I achieved a Bronze medal at a European Junior Men’s tournament and various gold medals at national level. From there I moved into being a personal trainer, as I was keen to work in the sporting industry. I realised very quickly that while I enjoyed the role it was the interaction with the general public that I thrived on. Ten years ago an opportunity arose for an estate agent negotiator role and since then I've always worked within Estate Agency, working in offices in various areas — including Twyford, Earley and Lower Earley. Although I believe in the core traditional values of Estate Agency, which includes achieving the best possible price for my client’s home and exceptional customer service, Estate Agency as we know it, is changing. Adam and I are leading the way in that change, with a modern and fresh approach to advertising, as well as embracing new technology. I believe in fairness, honesty and transparency and that is exactly what you'll get from me as a person and from the company. Not only will we give you the best kind of advertising, achieve the best possible price for your home and offer a great level of customer service, we will do it ALL with a smile.

  Hi I'm Adam Shaw and I'm a Director here at Grapevine Estate Agents. I handle all aspects of company marketing, social media and branding. My job is to make sure we get your home noticed by coming up with new and innovative ways of marketing your home. I've been working within Estate Agency for seventeen years. I started in a trainee position and over the years I've worked my way up to a Branch Manager. I know the RG10 area like the back of my hand, having worked and lived here for 12 years. I'm here to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. I passionately believe in exceptional customer service and always make sure that I do everything within my power for my clients. When we started the business we wanted to do things differently. We wanted to create something special. Something unique. We have worked tirelessly to make sure that we offer you the best of the best. The best photography, the best marketing and the best customer service, all for a fair fee.   Hi, I’m Scott and I am a director of Grapevine Estate agents. I have worked as an estate agent in Reading and the surrounding areas since 1998 and built an excellent reputation, I’d like to think during that time I have acquired enough knowledge and experience to give all our clients the very best service in all forms of the business! People can think that selling a house is easy, in some cases it is but there is much more to it than that if you want to sell at the highest price to the best buyer. I have always taken a patient strategic approach to selling property, in most cases there are no prizes for selling the quickest, it can cost you thousands of pounds on your sale price by not giving the whole market a chance to look at and offer on your house. Outside of work I am a keen runner, golfer and fisherman, doing all of them regularly though is a tough one! I am also a long term supporter of Reading FC for my sins and try to get to as many games as I can. At home I have a lovely wife and a daughter who is currently at primary school. We enjoy country walks, nice pubs, going to the park and socialising with friends. I like to take a very mobile approach to estate agency, you can find me on the phone, email, whatsapp or messenger wherever I am in and outside of normal working hours.

  Holly Watson

  Lettings Property Manager

  Hi, I'm Holly Watson and I'm a Lettings/Sales negotiator at Grapevine Estate Agents. I enjoy all aspects of the job from property marketing, lettings management & meeting new clients. I grew up in the RG10 area and studied at the Piggott Secondary School, where I gained my Photography A Level. Throughout school I also focused on dancing, I completed all my ballet, tap, modern & drama grades, from competitions in London to dance college I went on to teach classes in Twyford & the surrounding area. In 2013 I continued with performing and went on to agency work where I had the opportunity to film with David Walliams & Catherine Tate in the program ‘Big School’ as an extra in West London. In 2014 I went on to work at Waitrose (Twyford) for 5 years as the food service team leader. Finally, I started my career as an Estate Agent at Grapevine in 2019. From working in retail & at Grapevine I believe in great customer service and will always ensure I do all I can to make our clients experience the best!

  Hi I'm Sally Dobbin I was brought up in Hong Kong, and moved over to the UK in my earlier years. I have a great passion for fitness, and this has featured throughout my life with being awarded club captain for the 1st Team Hockey Team for DeMontfort University, and county player for Tennis, Netball and Hockey. I am a keen runner and completed the London Marathon not so long ago. I began my career in estate agency in a large multi office agency based in Notting Hill, London, moving to a boutique lettings company in Kensington and Chelsea and then on to the quaint village of Twyford, I lived in Twyford for many years and I am now settled over in Maidenhead. I have years of knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, and the ever changing lettings industry, being a Landlord myself I can provide a bespoke, personal and friendly approach. I pride myself on finding the right tenants and keeping all parties fully updated throughout the rental procedure. It brings me great joy to keep Landlords and Tenants happy, if you are looking to rent out your property or rent a property through us I look forward to speaking with you!
