Not happy with being just the branches top sales negotiator she asked for a meeting with her direct manager Richard Price asking how she could progress and improve to become the companies top sales negotiator.

Lauren McKinley
Lettings Administrator
Lauren began working for the company in 2018 and has worked in both sales and lettings and enjoys all aspects of her role.
Lauren is also trained to carry out Legionella risk assessments.
Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with her family, friends and 2 rabbits (Zuma and Marshall) and also enjoys a glass of gin at the weekend.

From a young age Kerry lived in Spain and grew up knowing about property (as her dad was a builder). She also had her own estate & lettings business in Spain before returning to the UK.
She has 2 children. She teaches Spanish and French in her spare time and has started to learn Italian. She loves living her life to it's fullest.

Rebecca has been with the company since summer 2020 and has completed her Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and is currently studying for her Level 4. She is also trained to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments. Receiving a 2:1 in her history degree at Wolverhampton University, Rebecca finds anything history related very interesting. Having always lived in Brownhills, Rebecca has great local knowledge.
