  Director

  Having been an estate agent since the 1980’s, Frank set up the business in 2005 and loves coming to work and finding that every day is different to the previous one. He particularly enjoys engaging with clients and customers and managing everyone’s expectations to ensure success. Frank regards taking the step to start the business as his greatest achievement to date and having been able to build such as successful operation despite having to cope with several recessions during that time. He puts this down to having a very positive attitude and being consistent in the high standards that he and the team set and deliver.

  Karl Shepherd

  Branch Manager

  Karl has been in estate agency for nearly 30 years, joining Frank Schippers in 2017. One of Karl’s greatest achievements was becoming a branch manager in estate agency when he was just twenty-five and that experience put him in good stead as his career has developed. Meeting new people and the challenges each move has are amongst the things that Karl enjoys most about his role and, particularly, the pleasure he sees when a client successfully moves onto the next chapter of their lives.

  Nick Addison

  Lettings Team

  Nick entered the world of estate agency in 2008 after a career in the music industry where he worked for Dave Stewart of Eurythmics fame, rising from tea boy to sound engineer and working with many famous bands and individuals. He joined Frank Schippers in 2014. Nick is competitive and loves winning business; getting great pleasure on being asked out to a property and having the chance to value and pitch, particularly if other agents are called out, and then being given the instruction by the owner. Nicks gains a great sense of achievement in this and then in finding the best possible tenants for the client.

  Sales Team

  David has a passion for estate agency. Having worked in the industry since leaving school in 1987, he has sold a wide range of properties. From park homes to farms and everything in-between, he has acquired a mass of knowledge and experience along the way. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and the occasional round of golf.

  Karen Winter

  Letting Team

  Karen has nearly a decade in the property industry and has worked with Frank and the team in Crowthorne since 2014. She enjoys the variety of work that comes with the role, meeting different people and helping tenants and landlords enjoy good relationships through proactive resolution of any issues that arise and good communication. Karen has the ambition to see the lettings department grow and to continue to work hard and make the department even more successful.
