Ross is a Chartered Surveyor who has 20 years experience in residential property, and is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. Ross supports Peter and James with market appraisals in addition to his duties as a Chartered Surveyor, which include Level 1 RICS Condition Reports and Level 2 RICS HomeBuyer Reports. Fine and Country Bawtry are also able to offer full Level 3 RICS Building Survey Reports.

Mark is a Fellow of the RICS, has lived all of his life in and around Retford, and as a result has a deep understanding of the local property market. Like Ross, Mark spends much of his time carrying out RICS Reports, but his huge experience and knowledge is always available and invaluable to the team.
