Established in 1991 Fidler Taylor have built a reputation as one of only a handful of general practice chartered surveyor firms able to draw upon a wealth of expertise across all sections of the property market in Derbyshire, The Peak District, Staffordshire Moorlands and South Yorkshire. All our valuers are Directors of the practice and have a minimum of 12 years experience within the area and all are either accredited by RICS or NAEA (professional bodies). We specialise in all aspects of property matters, from New Build Developments to Property Auctions, where we hold a minimum of six throughout the year. We are also able to offer a full professional valuation service, such as Probate, Estate Division, Agricultural Land and many more. Our team of RICS Surveyors are able to carry out full Home Buyer's Reports and/or Lending Valuations. As well as been one of the market leaders locally for property sales, a core part of our business is Lettings and Management. We can offer either a Let Only or Fully Managed Service with competitive terms available and full referencing and credit checks of tenants as standard. Coupled with this is our Block Management Service, overseeing the smooth running of large residential and commercial blocks, rent and service charge collection and liaising with leaseholders and landlords. Our Commercial Department continues to grow, with a full marketing and valuation service available, along with Acquisition Management.
