Jack was born and raised on a working arable farm in Warrington, Cheshire and is the 5th generation of the family to run the business, T Fazakerley & Son. A Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers, Jack has over ten years property experience. He prides himself on the relationships he has developed over time in the profession and is committed to leading the Company forward on behalf of future generations.

Heather joined the team in August 2021, to work alongside Jack and Sheila in the Residential Lettings & Sales department. She originates from Wigan where she was brought up on a working arable and beef farm. In her spare time, Heather enjoys playing golf and spending time with her young family.
