Jade Hall
Property Manager
Jade, joined the Elms family in 2013 but in this short period of time has become an invaluable asset to the company. Jade works alongside Rutland dealing with all aspects of property management, from arranging works, to reference checking tenants and preparing tenancies and re-negotiating renewals. Jade is super-efficient and expects this efficiency in return whether dealing with a local authority, contractor or difficult tenant. Brandon is a Sales and Lettings negotiator at Elms Estates and is extremely pro-active without being pushy. He really is a stickler for the details, but with the constant changes to the Residential Letting Legislation these details really matter if possession of your property is required.
