Kerry has boundless energy and enthusiasm for his role and his infectious personality gives clients buying or selling the comfort of knowing they are in safe hands but ultimately making the process as stress free as possible.

  Property Sales Consultant & Valuer

  Chloe started in the industry in 2015, having worked within our Fine & Country department, Chloe now works within our Swansea Sales team. We are very excited to have her on board to share her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience she brings. Chloe enjoys all aspects of her role and particularly loves helping our clients find their dream home. In her spare time Chloe enjoys keeping fit by attending a local bootcamp and playing Swansea league netball.

  Surveyor

  Joe joined Dawsons in September 2020 and is currently working as a surveyor within the Commercial department. Joe used to manage a data processing department within a social research company before deciding to switch career paths and become a surveyor. Joe has completed a level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation and became an associate member of the RICs in August 2023. His main role incorporates the management of the commercial portfolio of properties alongside side James and Low

  David Wachowski

  Property Sales Consultant

  David joined our Sales team in the summer of 2021 as a full time relief member of staff, and shortly progressed to a full time Sales consultant based in our Swansea Sales team as of October 2021. Previous to joining ‘team Dawsons’ David has worked in the outdoor industry teaching all aspects of outdoor sports and prior to this in the hospitality industry since he was just 12 years old, needless to say customer service will run through his veins.

  Phoebe Mainprice

  Senior Auction Consultant & Valuer

  Phoebe joined Dawsons in August 2021, bringing with her some years of experience in estate agency, this alongside her love for property and the fact she is currently renovating her first property herself puts her greatly in place in our auction team. Phoebe has a real passion for bringing life back into run down properties and will be looking to invest more into properties in the future. As the property renovations are keeping Phoebe busy right now outside of work.

  Sales Progression

  Debbie united with our sales progression team in July 2021 and brings with her invaluable skills and conveyancing knowledge, with her former career as a legal assistant, experience in purchase ledging and also credit control. Debbie delivers outstanding results for our buyers and sellers, with her driving force being quality of service with upmost professionalism and grace which is the excellent service we pride ourselves on.

  Property Sales Consultant

  Gavin joined our Swansea sales team in May 2023 and currently studying Computer Science in University. Gavin enjoys helping people find their dream home and when he's not busy doing this, Gavin loves all outdoor adventure- travelling, hiking, camping and even wild swimming! He is also an avid gym goer and trains in Brazilian jujitsu.

  Senior Property Sales Consultant

  Gemma progressed within her role to a Senior Property Sales Consultant and now provides fantastic support to our Sales Progression team. Gemma joined the Dawsons team in 2018 and has since gained a wealth of experience in various branch locations: Swansea, Sketty and now Marina. Gemma has a natural flair for Estate Agency and is passionate about delivering the very best customer service to our clients.

  Graduate Surveyor

  Lowri joined Dawsons commercial team in September 2023 as a graduate surveyor after graduating from the University of Reading. In university Lowri obtained a degree in Real Estate and Planning, gained experience in assisting the Savills residential sales team and completing a two-week internship at Cushman and Wakefield. Whilst Lowri will assist Joe and James in ‘All Things Commercial’, she will also be undertaking her APC to become MRICS. Outside of the office you will find Lowri enjoying the

• Alex Gallagher

  Property Sales Consultant

  Alex joined our Killay branch as our Property Sales Consultant in July 2023 and then moved to our busy Swansea branch. Alex brings with him an outstanding level of knowledge of the area which is proving to be invaluable with our clients. In his spare time, Alex is an avid gym goer and Swans supporter, as well as enjoying some down-time socialising with friends.

  David Parton

  Auction Manager

  David has gained over 20 years industry experience, working for some of the biggest local agencies since leaving Swansea Met University with a degree in Marketing. He is currently managing our Auction Department and oversees all aspects of the day to day running of the branch alongside carrying out the property valuations throughout the areas covered. Outside of the office you will find David enjoying family life and all that our rugged coastline has to offer with his four legged friends.

  Angel Kerrigan

  Auction Sales Consultant

  Angel joined Dawsons July 2024 and quickly proved herself as a popular and important part of the Auction branch. Angel carries out the majority of viewings and measure ups, bringing the properties to market. Often the first port of call for clients, her positive and enthusiastic attitude helps put them at ease. In her spare time Angel enjoys socialising with friends as well as her Nona's cooking!
