Meet the team

Laurence Christmas
Branch Manager
A man of many talents Mr Christmas started his working life as a tailor in London before settling into a career in property here in Swansea in 2003. Laurence then joined Dawsons in September 2013 and has enjoyed a varied role here ever since. As of December 2024 using his wealth of knowledge gained over these years, Laurence is our manager of the Morriston lettings branch. When not at work you will often find Laurence enjoying family life, playing golf or running along the seafront.
Julia Halfpenny
Residential Lettings Administration Coordinator
Julia started in the property industry with Dawsons back in 2009 and has the role of branch administrator in Morriston for our lettings departments where she prepares all aspects of the department’s administration and well as liaising with both tenants and landlords. In her spare time Julia likes to writes poems and also enjoys going out on her motorbike if you can drag her off the sofa from watching formula one.
Eleanor Williams
Residential Lettings Consultant
Eleanor joined Team Dawsons in October 2024, settling into our Morriston lettings team. Whilst this is Eleanor's first role within estate agency, with her career and experience to date this is a role she definitely feels at home in. Outside of the office, you will find Eleanor renovating her own property whilst avoiding the pet spider, or enjoying long walks/hikes up mountains with her family.
