As the branch manager, Hayley has worked for over 17 years at David Martin and has experience ranging from negotiating sales, comprehensive customer care, and providing competitive valuations. Hayley has worked for both the Colchester and Tiptree branch as a sales progressor, sales and letting negotiator and now the main property valuer for Tiptree. Throughout her career she has been fortunate enough to help hundreds of customers with their next move. Whilst she's not in the office Hayley loves spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters, socialising with friends, reading a good book and planning her next holiday abroad.
Stephen Wright
Director
As one of the original director of David Martin Estate Agents Tiptree, Stephen has over 35 years' experience as a residential sales and lettings specialist. Having worked within the housing market since leaving education, Stephen has gained an abundance of experience and knowledge, which is reflective by his thorough and competitive market valuations. As well as valuations, Stephen is at the forefront of sales progression and viewings, ensuring everyone is constantly kept up to date with the latest properties and sales respectively. Aside from the job Stephen enjoys keeping active with tennis and golf, as well as walks with his children and Labrador.
Connor Murphy
Senior Sales Negotiator
Connor started his career in Estate Agency 5 years ago, starting off as an apprentice, he has gained lots of experience and knowledge about the property market over the years, resulting in him becoming our senior property consultant. Having grown up in Tiptree, Connor has extensive knowledge of the area and surrounding villages. Connor's day to day duties include accompanying the majority of viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales. He then stays in contact with our buyers and sellers to provide them with weekly sales progression updates, making sure the sale runs as smooth as possible through to completion. Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with his Fiancé and playing football with his local team
