That wealth of experience and knowledge has seen Tony rise up the estate agency ladder and he recently celebrated thirteen years of leading our Kensal Rise office. For Tony it was a homecoming as he was born and raised in Queens Park and still lives locally with his wife and six children who are aged between 8-19 years-old.

With 8 years of industry experience under his belt and a hard working, dedicated approach to looking after clients Mat knows his job inside out. He said: “It’s really important to listen to clients. Whether it’s the property owner or someone seeking a new home I prefer to hear what they have to say before second guessing or making assumptions. A good estate agent has to have excellent communication skills. “By listening to people I get to understand their aims and objectives and this is a huge help in keeping everyone happy and achieving the best outcomes.” Laid back Mat also advises clients to try not to get stressed during the sales / letting process. He said: “I have a calm approach and think this helps clients stay relaxed. Buying or letting a property can be stressful that’s why it’s important for clients to feel the estate agent they have chosen is listening to them, acting on their behalf and is experienced enough to handle any challenges. Having lived locally most of his life Mat, like all of the Kensal Rise team, knows the area extremely well. His favourite spot to relax is the cafe in Roundwood Park where he’s spent many a Sunday relaxing with his partner. Mat’s proudest moment while with Daniels was running a 10k sponsored race in aid of The Mayhew Animal Home charity.
