  Area Director

  Steven has developed a wealth of experience since joining Dacre, Son & Hartley in the mid 90s. He worked at the firm’s Keighley and Saltaire offices before moving to Bingley in 2007. Now an Area Director Steven now covers the Bingley, Baildon and Saltaire offices. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Steven has also attained a Diploma in residential estate agency, studying at The University of Reading College of Estate Management.

  Branch Manager

  Matthew heads up the team at Dacres Saltaire after joining the estate agency in May 2022. He has extensive local knowledge, growing up in Saltaire and living in nearby Bingley, in his previous role also he worked for a national estate agency in Shipley. Matthew strives to deliver the best service for his customers and enjoys advising those either looking to sell their home or buy their next property.

  Shaun has worked in Banking and Estate agency for circa 39 years, picking up a wealth of experience in dealing with many aspects of property. Always choosing to work in a customer-involved role Shaun takes great pride in providing the best possible customer service from which deriving the Best job satisfaction. Shaun has been brought up in Bingley and worked in the surrounding areas throughout his career and is very familiar with the Aire Valley district.

  Heather has worked in banking, insurance and project management and has many years of customer service experience. Having been brought up in Saltaire and lived there her whole life, she is completely familiar with the area and feels confident liaising with and helping both clients and customers
