Director
Beginning his estate agency career in 1987, Duane's passion and commitment resulted in him opening the Flitwick branch in 1996 - Backed by his local knowledge and reputation, Country Properties soon became the leading agent in the town. Duane still takes a hands-on approach today handling the progression of a sale from the point of acceptance of an offer through to legal completion to ensure that the transaction progresses as smoothly as possible.

Beginning his career at a Stevenage agent in 1997, Phil has worked within Beds, Herts and Northants and joined Country Properties in 2008. He has gained a wealth of experience in the industry and is extremely hardworking, often going above and beyond the call of duty to help our clients with their home moves.

Sales Negotiator
Stephen has worked within the Country Properties network for over 10 years and has extensive experience in both sales and lettings. Christine joined the Flitwick branch over 15 years ago having worked in the industry since 1996. Having previously undertaken both admin and sales roles, her organisational skills and attention to detail led her to focus on her current role as administrator.

Joining the network in 2014, Tracey has also worked within our Shefford Branch, returning to Flitwick in 2020 to supervise our lettings team. Tracey ensures the smooth day to day running of the department and, with a focus on customer service, is available to help with all your rental enquiries.
Anne Caulfield
Lettings Valuer
Anne has vast experience within the industry, having previously worked within new homes and residential sales. Passionate about property, Anne has developed several homes over the years (as well as a self-build) and also has a personal portfolio of rentals.
Sharon Lilley

Having worked at several offices throughout our network, Sharon brings a wealth of experience to her role. Focusing on property inspections, Sharon ensures that our managed properties are maintained to a high standard, liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants to ensure that general maintenance is carried out effectively and efficiently.
Carol Ruffett
Lettings Administrator
With exceptional organisational skills, Carol handles many aspects of the rental process from conducting initial viewing appointments, through referencing to tenants moving in. Carol also liaises with contractors to arrange site visits for any required works to ensure our tenants a high standard of accommodation and to ensure that our landlords' properties are well maintained.
