Michelle grew up in Cheltenham and went to Berkhampstead School. In 2001 Michelle became a trainee property negotiator whilst working part time for TGI Fridays. Michelle progressed in the property sector to Branch Manager level in 2006 but then decided to open her own business, Cook Residential, in 2012.

Zack is from Swindon and worked in the lettings industry before moving to Cheltenham in 2016 to work for Cook Residential as a Sales Negotiator before becoming Sales Manager in 2018.

Kate grew up in Cheltenham, attended Bournside School and then travelled for a short time before launching her career into estate agency. Now a mother of 2, Kate joined Cook Residential in 2014 as a Senior Sales Consultant and has an impressive 17 years experience in the property sector!
