Edward Gray
Director
After graduating from Lancaster University with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies, and an MA in HR, Edward spent 3 years working in HR for a global car manufacturer covering the UK and Ireland. Edward moved on to work for a leading London estate agent, and subsequently a Property Development firm, before becoming fully ARLA accredited in 2012. At the end of 2012, after much meticulous planning, Cocoon was born.
Joanna McCann
Senior Lettings Neotiator
Shortly after graduating from Bristol UWE in 2011 with a BA Hons in Media and Cultural studies, Joanna began working within the Insurance sector, 18 months later she joined Cocoon to embark on a more customer facing role, and has thoroughly enjoyed working as a Lettings Negotiator ever since Cocoon opened in 2012. To be closer to her role at Cocoon and enhance her local knowledge, Joanna relocated to Kingston.

Karen brings considerable experience to Cocoon with an insider understanding of landlords and tenants being a landlord herself. She has first hand experience of both the expectations of Landlords, and the standards expected by tenants. Before joining Cocoon Karen worked for two years in an Independent Lettings and Property Management agency. Living in Wimbledon she has a good understanding of Wimbledon and surrounding areas and what they have to offer.
Faye Wildey
Accounts Manager
Having worked in the property industry for over 10 years, Faye has acquired a wealth of property knowledge from both a front of office and back office perspective. Whilst managing and dealing with complex accounts for Cocoon Faye is working towards her ACCA qualification for chartered accountants. Outside work Faye has an eclectic taste in films and is a regular cinema goer, as well as a fund raiser for the Rainbow Trust charity.
