We can recieve your rents form tenants, arrange electrical and plumbing maintenance contracts (including the annual gas safety inspection certificate) deal with all maintenace related issues (including payments of maintenace invoices), issue monthly rent statements and a monthly expenditure schedule detailing all expenses(maintenence, management fees etc) at the property. CJ MANAGEMENT STRIVES TO PROVIDE A HASSLE- FREE AND FRIENDLY ONE-STOP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE We offer this package exclusively to all our current and prospective landlords as it works fantastically well when incorporated with the general management of all our properties. Each property we manage is as important as the rest, so we strive to accomodate any and all requirements presented to us from the landlords and tenants in our portfolio. WE ALSO PROVIDE A TENANT FIND SERVICE TO LANDLORDS AT A COST OF £295.00 PER PROPERTY. LANDLORDS FOR WHOM WE MANAGE 5 OR MORE PROPERTIES, WILL NOT BE CHARGED A TENANT FIND FEE.
