  Christopher Stokes MARLA MNAEA

  Director

  Lived in Waltham Cross for the first twenty years of his life before moving to Cheshunt. After attending schools in both Waltham Cross and Cheshunt, he went on to obtain a degree in business and finance. It was at university that Chris started to develop a passion for property. He began to build a property portfolio and then entered the industry full-time. As well as working day-to-day within the estate agency, Chris is also a CeMAP qualified mortgage broker.

  Mario Panayiotou MNAEA

  Managing Director

  Joined the company in March 2006 as a Senior Negotiator and, within eighteen months, had become a fellow Director. Mario grew up and went to school in Enfield. He has worked as an estate agent since 2001 and, before joining Christopher Stokes, built up experience at various agencies, both independent and corporate. This has enabled him to see how different companies operate and take the good things from them all while leaving their bad habits behind!

  Steve Tillett

  Sales Manager

  Steve joined Christopher Stokes in November 2018. Before starting at Christopher Stokes as a Sales Manager he has worked within the Sales industry for 20 Years as both a negotiator and Senior Branch Manager for a cooperate company . Having gained a lot of experience and knowledge about Estate Agency Steve works closely with our vendors and carries our property valuations, viewings and over sees the sales team. He is very proactive and ensures that excellent customer service is always delivered.

  Amy Cecil

  Administrator/ PA

  Amy Cecil- Administrator/PA Amy has been with Christopher Stokes since 2015 and looks after all of our administrative duties as well as being the PA to both Directors and Branch Manager. She was a sales negotiator before switching roles within the company. Amy ensures the smooth running of the office and deals with all advertising of properties.

  Jeyda Balciner

  Lettings Negotiator

  Jeyda joined our Christopher Stokes team in April 2016. Having lived in Enfield and worked in Cheshunt, Jeyda has gained a lot of knowledge on the local area and property values. Since joining Christopher Stokes she has built strong rapports with both our Landlords and Potential Tenants and is in charge of all our Rental Instructions from getting the property on the market all the way through to referencing the tenants. Her bubbly personality and work ethic makes her a key member of our team.

  Polly Watson

  Sales Progressor

  Polly has been with Christopher Stokes since 2012 when she joined as a part time mortgage administrator to assist our inhouse Mortgage Brokers. Having worked within the agency for 5 years she has took on board extensive knowledge about the sales industry and has changed roles to our companies Full Time Sales Progressor in 2017. Polly puts her all into every sale and ensures the process of selling/buying your property is made as stress free as possible.

  Emily Bass

  Property Professional

  Emily has been with Christopher Stokes since November 2019. Having previously worked in lettings within a corporate company she wanted to expand her property knowledge and has joined our sales team here at Christopher Stokes. Having lived locally she has a great understanding of the area and with her friendly personality and her proactiveness Emily easily builds rapports with both our Sellers and our Buyers.
