Scott joined the company in 2012 and is the Lettings negotiator of the Company, primarily based with dealing on a one to one personal basis with prospective tenants helping them in finding their "prefect property". From taking down their personal requirements, to showing them around potential properties and to finally handing over keys to their Home! He has recently joined the property ladder himself and in his spare time can be found renovating his home.

Helen joined the Charles Carter team in February 2014 and as Lettings coordinator, Helen plays a key role in the team ensuring each process runs smoothly; whether that's moving a tenant into a house or managing routine maintenance. In her spare time you'll find Helen enjoying the countryside with her dog or hanging out of a plane 13,000ft up bracing herself for a skydive! When Helen's not hanging out of a plane, she also enjoys spending time with her daughters and family.

Tasha started her role as Property Manager at Charles Carter in June 2019.Her interest in property started as a result of her family's successful property development business, meaning she went on to study Property Development at the university of Portsmouth. After university, Tasha began working in Herefordshire for the local Housing Authority in the maintenance department. Her drive and willingness to want to work on a more personal and involved level brought her to the lettings industry.
