David Mackenzie opened the Carter Jonas Residential department in February of 2011, having worked in Bath and the surrounding area for 16 years. He advises on the sales of property in Bath, as well as country houses in the Cotswolds, Somerset, and Wiltshire. He lives with his wife and two young sons in Lansdown, Bath.

Sharon has run the lettings department in Bath since its opening in 2011, having been in the residential agency business, both sales and lettings, since 2000. Sharon helps her clients maximise their rental potential, and advises on city flats, town houses and country houses.

Euan joined Carter Jonas in 2013 as an Associate in the Bath office, having previously managed estate agency departments in Bristol, Bath, and Oxford.
