Our Brochure is designed to inform present and potential Landlords on all aspects of letting their properties, and the benefits of using The Cambridge Property Practice Limited as their preferred Letting Agents. We personally oversee each property that we manage. Our intention is to build on the Companies reputation for reliability, integrity and the knowledge that your property is being treated as we would our own home. Furthermore, as a Professional Property Management Agency TCPP are also members of The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), SafeAgent, SafeAgent Client Money Protection Scheme and THE Property Redress Scheme. This provides the Landlord with the added assurance that the Letting Agency not only conforms to the governing bodies Code of Practice, but also shows the professionalism of being in a recognised organisation. This also protects the Landlord and tenants against malpractice by enforcing the Association's Code of Practice. We do not charge for visiting clients and providing a valuation or for marketing your property. We only charge you once the property has been let and the tenancy begins. 

TENANTS: We are here to help, not only in finding you a suitable property, but to guide you through your tenancy. We do NOT charge any fees.  If you decide to rent a property through our Agency, our application form outlines in detail our Terms & Conditions. So you are not misled in anyway.
