Keeping you informed ~ one of our most important duties is providing you with prompt, relevant and comprehensive information. Feedback from viewings is given within 24 hours by phone or by e-mail, full property reports are compiled showing internet statistics from the web and viewing feedback and finally, you will have contact at least once a week with one of our sales team.
Agreeing a sale ~ as well as passing on all offers, we will investigate and advise on a buyer’s situation, their financial readiness, the state of their chain and anticipated timescales. Choosing the wrong buyer can be expensive and ultimately frustrating.
Sales progression ~ the longer it takes from agreeing a sale to exchanging, the more likely it is for the sale to fall through, with the resulting stress and associated costs. We chase every step of the process ~ solicitors, financial advisers and other Agents within a chain, so that you don’t have to.
Solicitors ~ it is vital to have a good reputable firm of Solicitors representing you. Not only will they be more conscientious, like ourselves, but you can pop in to see them to have any conveyancing issues explained.
