  Peter is one of the company Directors and has a wealth of experience in the property industry stretching back more than 30 years in London, Sussex and the Home Counties. He has experience and expertise in residential sales and lettings, together with land, development and the sale of new homes. Peter lives in Mannings Heath with his wife Lucy and children: Archie, Harvey and Sienna, in a house that they built on the site of a former bungalow. This experience has given him an intimate understanding of the pressures and obstacles of undertaking a self-build. As a licensed member of the National Association of Estate Agents and as an associate of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents he always aims to provide the highest level of competence and professionalism and has taken the company to new heights of success and collected a host of regional and national awards under his stewardship.

  Sales Manager

  Josh expertly manages the large sales team at Horsham and has helped to establish the office as market leaders, through his reputation for honesty, professionalism and by offering a first class and highly effective service. Having grown up in the Horsham area Josh has an intimate knowledge of the local market and experience at selling the wide range of properties that are dealt with by Brock Taylor. He lives in Horsham, with his wife Helen and their terrier “Teddy”, in a character cottage that they are lovingly restoring. He has always had a real affinity with period houses. Josh is a keen sportsman and, when time allows, enjoys either a round of golf or game of football with friends and family. Shortly after joining Brock Taylor in 2006, Josh obtained his NAEA Technical Award and so has a comprehensive knowledge of the property industry which has been further enhanced through extensive training with the world’s top trainers.

  Liam joined Brock Taylor in 2016 with 3 years experience with a national Estate Agency, where he won sales and customer service awards. He has also worked for a booking agent in London for live music venues. He has just bought his first house in west Horsham with his partner, Amy and his son, but has lived in and around Horsham, Barns Green and Billingshurst for most of his life which gives him great local knowledge.   Having had a passion for property for some time, upon leaving college, Sam jumped at the opportunity to work within the industry and for the area’s leading agent. Sam joined Brock Taylor in 2017 and has attended a number of training courses and internal training sessions to enhance his knowledge and skills to assist all landlords and tenants with their move. Sam has since moved into the sales team, where he is excelling, making the most of his honesty, drive and enthusiasm Sam looks forward to a bright future with Brock Taylor and the challenges that lay ahead. In his spare time, he enjoys socialising with friends and family and enjoys long country walks ending in a pub!
