Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth as we enter 30 years. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
James Baldry MNAEA
Group Managing Director
James Baldry (MNAEA) is the Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country.
Daniel Pockett MARLA
Group Managing Director
Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is the Group Managing Director, so he is responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs.
Dominic Barnes MNAEA
Director
Dominic Barnes (MNAEA) is a Director at Bridges who manages and maintains our relationships with the partners to our business, in other words additional services like conveyancing, financial services and advertisers. Having started at the opening of our Farnborough office in 1993 he went on to run the highly successful Ash Vale office for over 20 years, taking pride in being known as ‘Mr Ash Vale’ and has a huge amount of experience in dealing with people and property.
Mark Kirby MNAEA
Director
Mark Kirby (MNAEA) is the Director of the Land and New Homes team based in Fleet. Mark has worked for Bridges for 30 years and was the first employee to be taken on by the original founder back in 1992. Starting out as a Negotiator Mark went on to manage various offices before becoming a Director. Mark is hardworking, dedicated, and instrumental to the success and growth to the Land and New Homes team. Outside of work Mark is a keen sportsman and likes football, golf and running.
Martin Coombs
Head of Sales
Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works.
Jason Jones MARLA
Associate Director of Lettings
Jason Jones (MARLA) is our Senior Lettings Manager for the Bridges and Orchard Group and is ultimately responsible for running our front-end lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year.
Dale Ballard
Sales Manager
Dale Ballard is the manager of our Fleet sales office and has been since 2016. Having lived in the area his entire life Dale offers a wealth of local knowledge which often pays dividends when negotiating sales and can always be found working hard to provide his clients with the best possible customer service. In his time away from the office he will mainly be watching some form of motor sport, usually Formula 1 or planning days out with his fiancée and their two children.
Dean Curtis MARLA
Senior Lettings Manager
Dean Curtis (MARLA) – Is the lettings Manager for our Farnborough, Fleet and Hook teams. He is responsible for ensuring that each member of his team delivers the best possible customer service to all of our clients. Having worked in lettings since 2013 Dean has an extensive knowledge of the industry and achieved his professional ARLA qualification in 2015. Dean has lived locally his entire life across Farnborough, Frimley and Farnham and currently resides in Mytchett.
Callum Campbell
Senior Client Manager
Callum Campbell is a Senior Client Manager for the Farnborough, Fleet and Hook offices. His main responsibility is to secure 5-star tenants for our landlords. Callum has proven to be a priceless asset to the Bridges team since his arrival, performing so well as a Lettings Assistant that he earnt a promotion to Lettings Negotiator within his first six weeks. Aside from letting everything in sight, Callum is a lover of the Pride of London, Chelsea FC, as well as spending time in the gym.
Alan Dolman
Land, New Homes & Development
Alan Dolman works as part of the New Homes department and is responsible for its day to day running and strategy. Having worked for Bridges as part of the residential sales team for six years and a brief two-year stint working away, he was approached to relaunch Bridges Land and New Homes department. Since 2013, he has worked tirelessly with Mark Kirby to create a growing, highly skilled, and well-respected department. Alan has been in the property industry since 2002!
Julie Winchester
Senior New Homes Coordinator
Jules Winchester has worked for Land and New Homes in Fleet as their Office Coordinator since 2019 having started her career with Bridges as a Saturday viewing assistant in Farnborough. Jules’ job is to oversee all aspects of the reservation process, sales progression, admin and to ensure smooth running of the department. On a day-to-day basis she also deals with all the shared ownership properties, arranging viewings, qualification, and assessment and then handover upon completion.
Robert Stocchetti MNAEA
Senior Client Manager
Rob Stocchetti Is a Senior Client Manager working out of the Fleet Branch he prides himself on giving the best customer service and enjoys meeting and interacting with new people day to day. He joined Bridges in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since. Having lived in the area all his life Rob is a local boy from Fleet although his heart belongs to Liverpool F.C.
Eleanor Glynn
Client Manager
Ellie Glynn is based in our Farnborough office as a Client Manager and has experience in a variety of areas within lettings. However, now it is her time to shine as part of the Bridges family. Throughout her career Ellie has been known for going the extra mile in every way she can to provide A* service no matter what the situation is, she is a very keen learner and prides herself on continuing to educate herself about the industry and is always looking for ways to improve.
Olly Manning
Client Manager
Oliver Manning is a Client Manager that has been in the industry for 2 years. Joining the Bridges team in 2023, Oliver is motivated, ambitious and hard working. Oliver is a huge football fan and supports Manchester United. When he’s not watching football, he is playing for the local teams. Oliver brings competitive, will win attitude into his work, and always want to provide the best service. Out of work and sport, Oliver loves to go out to eat, and travelling.
