Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth as we enter 30 years. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
James Baldry MNAEA
Group Managing Director
James Baldry (MNAEA) is the Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country.

Group Managing Director
Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is the Group Managing Director, so he is responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs.
Dominic Barnes MNAEA
Director
Dominic Barnes (MNAEA) is a Director at Bridges who manages and maintains our relationships with the partners to our business, in other words additional services like conveyancing, financial services and advertisers. Having started at the opening of our Farnborough office in 1993 he went on to run the highly successful Ash Vale office for over 20 years, taking pride in being known as ‘Mr Ash Vale’ and has a huge amount of experience in dealing with people and property.
Martin Coombs
Head of Sales
Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works.
Jason Jones MARLA
Associate Director of Lettings
Jason Jones (MARLA) is our Senior Lettings Manager for the Bridges and Orchard Group and is ultimately responsible for running our front-end lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year.
Terry Barrett MNAEA
Sales Manager
Terry Barrett is the Sales Manager of the Farnborough Office. Terry has been in the industry for many years and always looks to excel in everything he puts his mind to. He has a reputation for always putting the needs of his clients first. Terry is a big family man who loves spending time with his wife Steph and two girls Chloe and Mia. When Terry isn’t working, he likes to play golf and go fishing with friends.
Dean Curtis MARLA
Senior Lettings Manager
Dean Curtis (MARLA) – Is the lettings Manager for our Farnborough, Fleet and Hook teams. He is responsible for ensuring that each member of his team delivers the best possible customer service to all of our clients. Having worked in lettings since 2013 Dean has an extensive knowledge of the industry and achieved his professional ARLA qualification in 2015. Dean has lived locally his entire life across Farnborough, Frimley and Farnham and currently resides in Mytchett.
Callum Campbell
Senior Client Manager
Callum Campbell is a Senior Client Manager for the Farnborough, Fleet and Hook offices. His main responsibility is to secure 5-star tenants for our landlords. Callum has proven to be a priceless asset to the Bridges team since his arrival, performing so well as a Lettings Assistant that he earnt a promotion to Lettings Negotiator within his first six weeks. Aside from letting everything in sight, Callum is a lover of the Pride of London, Chelsea FC, as well as spending time in the gym.
Tadgh Quilty
Sales Negotiator
Tadgh is a Sales Negotiator who has been in the industry since he was 17, and after joining the Bridges team he is excited to develop his career. Tadgh enjoys meeting new clients and helping them find the perfect property. Outside of work Tadgh enjoys having a pint with his friends and going to watch his favourite football team – Chelsea.
Connor Churchill
Move Support
Connor Churchill is Move Support in our Farnborough Branch. He started working in estate agency in 2020 after finishing college at Farnborough Six Form. Connor is a believer in honesty being the best policy, this philosophy enables his life to run as smoothly as possible inside and outside of work. In his spare time, Connor enjoys watching any kind of sport, in particular Formula 1.
Eleanor Glynn
Client Manager
Ellie Glynn is based in our Farnborough office as a Client Manager and has experience in a variety of areas within lettings. However, now it is her time to shine as part of the Bridges family. Throughout her career Ellie has been known for going the extra mile in every way she can to provide A* service no matter what the situation is, she is a very keen learner and prides herself on continuing to educate herself about the industry and is always looking for ways to improve.
Urgen Lama
Lettings Assistant
Urgen Lama joined Bridges in February 2023 as a Move Coordinator, prior to this he worked in various roles as a Retail Manager and Hotel Guest Relationship Manager. As part of the Move Coordination team Urgen has gained experience of the moving in and tenant checkout processes, valuable knowledge that stands him in good stead as a Lettings Assistant to the team in Farnborough.

Client Manager
Daniel is a Client Manager working in our Farnborough office. Daniel thrives on helping people on their journey from buying or selling a home or looking to invest in property. No two days in the office are ever the same for him and he enjoys meeting new people every day and helping them meaning no day ever feels like work. Client Manager Lewis Jackson is a Client Manager with a can-do mind set. Nothing is too much trouble for Lewis and his clients think highly of him. With several years of industry experience behind him he can be depended on through every step of the sales process.
