He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth as we enter 30 years. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
James Baldry MNAEA
Group Managing Director
James Baldry (MNAEA) is the Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country.

Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is the Group Managing Directors, so he is responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs.

Dominic Barnes (MNAEA) is a Director at Bridges who manages and maintains our relationships with the partners to our business, in other words additional services like conveyancing, financial services and advertisers. Having started at the opening of our Farnborough office in 1993 he went on to run the highly successful Ash Vale office for over 20 years, taking pride in being known as ‘Mr Ash Vale’ and has a huge amount of experience in dealing with people and property.

Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works.

Associate Director of Lettings
Jason Jones (MARLA) is our Senior Lettings Manager for the Bridges and Orchard Group and is ultimately responsible for running our front-end lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year.

Phil Gascoyne is the senior branch manager for our flagship Aldershot office and has been in the industry since 2002. Having worked in the area all his adult life, he has an excellent understanding of local market trends and buyer/seller demands to ensure he and his team deliver excellent customer service and are always ahead of the curve. He is also responsible for aspects of training within the company due to the efficiency with which he runs his office and attention to detail.

Kirsty Kisko is a Senior Property Manager who looks after the Aldershot town centre portfolio. Kirsty is responsible for the tenancy and communicating with tenants and landlords from the moment of move in right up until the check out and deposit return. This includes any maintenance, compliance, and property visits throughout the tenancy. Kirsty has worked in the property market since 2005 and became a Bridges team member in 2012.

Since joining Bridges in 2004 Bill has worked in all of the offices, this along with the fact Bill has lived locally all of his life means there is not much he doesn't know about the local area.
