He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth as we enter 30 years. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
James Baldry MNAEA
Group Managing Director
James Baldry (MNAEA) is the Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country.
Daniel Pockett MARLA
Group Manging Director
Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is the Group Managing Director, so he is responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs.
Dominic Barnes MNAEA
Director
Dominic Barnes (MNAEA) is a Director at Bridges who manages and maintains our relationships with the partners to our business, in other words additional services like conveyancing, financial services and advertisers. Having started at the opening of our Farnborough office in 1993 he went on to run the highly successful Ash Vale office for over 20 years, taking pride in being known as ‘Mr Ash Vale’ and has a huge amount of experience in dealing with people and property.
Martin Coombs
Head of Sales
Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works.
Will Rosten MNAEA
Partner
Will Rosten (MNAEA) is a Partner at Orchard by Bridges and is responsible for the day to day running of the newly extended and renovated flagship Camberley office which he opened in 2008. Having been an agent in Camberley and the surrounding area since 2001, Will is extremely passionate about his local patch having grown up in Camberley, he now lives there with his wife and two children attending local schools. Away from the office Will spends his time trying to entertain his two young daughters, experimenting (with some interesting results) in the kitchen, and catching the odd round of golf.
Jason Jones MARLA
Associate Director of Lettings
Jason Jones (MARLA) is our Senior Lettings Manager for the Bridges and Orchard Group and is ultimately responsible for running our front-end lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year.
David Ramon
Sales Manager
David Ramon is the Sales Manager at Orchard by Bridges in Camberley, with many responsibilities from the day to day running of the Branch as well as carrying out market appraisals, he is truly passionate about his job. Having worked in the property industry since May 1998, he has a strong customer service focus, helping his clients through the sometimes stressful moving process all the way from the start until the day he hands the keys over on completion. “There is nothing I find more rewarding that seeing a client move in to their new home in the knowledge that I was able to assist them in their journey”. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his family, going for walks in the countryside and frequenting the gym.

Client Manager
Daniel is a Client Manager working in our Camberley office. Daniel thrives on helping people on their journey from buying or selling a home or looking to invest in property. No two days in the office are ever the same for him and he enjoys meeting new people every day and helping them meaning no day ever feels like work. Outside of work Daniel enjoy various sports and enjoys spending time with his family and visiting new places.
Rachel O'Brien MARLA
Lettings Negotiator
Rachel O’Brien is a Lettings Negotiator and has been a valued member of the team having dealt with many of our long-standing clients since 2017. She is extremely proactive in finding tenants their perfect property and will always go above and beyond to make sure their lettings experience is as easy as possible. Always focused on the client first and foremost and always happy to help. Outside of work Rachel enjoys her time with her family and friends.
Jasmine Robinson
Senior Sales Negotiator
Jasmine Robinson is a Senior Sales Negotiator who joined the Bridges family after working as a Saturday assistant for a few weeks. Living in the local area her whole life, Jaz gets a buzz out of helping clients with a smile on her face. Outside of work Jaz fills her time being a sociable girl who loves spending time with friends and family as well as loving football, supporting Liverpool FC.
Charley Wood
Office Coordinator
Charley Wood is an Office Coordinator and has worked for the group since May 2021. Along with the rest of the admin team she is responsible for the smooth running of our company’s offices at the highest level. She is a very driven individual, strives to do her upmost for the business and is always happy to help. Charley spends her time outside of work with her partner and their families enjoying various foods and exploring her passion for photography.

Daniel Dwyer is a Lettings Negotiator based out of the Camberley office. This is his first role in estate agency, previously working in investments and telesales for the last 3 years. Estate agency is always something he’s been interested in and now is the best time for him to get involved and shine within the Bridges. He always strives to be the best at what he does through hard work, commitment, and consistency.

Ella works as an Office Coordinator at Bridges having previously established a career working in Finance. When Ella joined the company, she expressed her interests/passions in working hard and pushing her limits. Outside of work, Ella spends most of her time going to the gym, enjoying her social life and keeping the house organised!
Richard Haworth
Client Manager
Richard Haworth is a Client Manager based in our Camberley branch and he has gained vast experience in the property industry in and around Frimley and Camberley. He puts the needs of his clients above everything else. Always just a phone call away and happy to help no matter what the problem. Outside of work Richard enjoys the gym and tennis, when he is not running after his daughter and spending time with his wife.
