Conor joined at the start of 2020 and has settled into the frenzied lettings world very quickly. Since joining, he has let a vast number of properties to individuals and families from all walks of life, ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants and landlords from first viewing to moving in.

Superna joined the Belvoir Hitchin team back in October 2016, initially as a Lettings Accounts Administrator and has since worked in most departments throughout the company. She is currently working as a Lettings Negotiator where she undertakes property viewings and looks after move-in files right from the beginning until the very end.

With exceptional property management and lettings knowledge, Emma is an invaluable member of our team. She is responsible for looking after our managed properties, alongside Property Manager Megan, handling all tenancy problems to ensure a prompt and efficient resolution. She also conducts payments of rent and assists our landlords with any finance related queries.

Starting as an apprentice with Belvoir, Megan has been a vital member of the Lettings team for a number of years. Her role is to look after all things Property Management, alongside Emma, supporting and assisting both our landlords and tenants alike to reach timely solutions for clients.
