Having been instrumental in the growth of a successful Lettings business. Kelly decided to use her knowledge and passion to venture into the Sales Industry, this led to the foundation of Bell & Co Estates.
Kelly has over 12 years experience in the property industry, gaining experience in the Letting and Sale of Residential properties, purchasing investment properties for landlords, planning, pricing and project management of property refurbishments.

Sophie has over 10 years’ experience in the industry, starting her journey as a temporary filing clerk, where she impressed with her work ethic, bubbly and friendly personality she has been with us ever since!
Sophie has become a pivotal figure within the business and is responsible for the progression of all Sale Progression.
Sophie is the youngest of 4, one of those being Bell & Co Estates Founder, Kelly Bell. She enjoys spending time with her partner, son and 2 step children.
