We are an independent, family-run, Swansea Estate Agents and an award winning Letting & Property Management Agents. Since opening the Maritime Quarter office over 30 years ago, Bay Estate Agents’ principal, Christopher D’Arcy, has built a company with a solid reputation for customer service: “I came to the conclusion early in my business life that my clients deserved quality and professionalism and as a result, that philosophy has filtered down through the company. It would have been easy to go for ‘madcap’ growth but we chose to develop our organisation more carefully so that it had a much more solid foundation, reflecting and responding to the needs of our clients”.
