Martin has been successfully involved in Estate Agency since the mid 80's, progressing with a large PLC to Regional Manager and opening his first Balgores office in Hornchurch in 2002. Since then the Balgores Property Group has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 9 offices throughout Essex and Kent and is still growing. Matthew Butler MNAEA

Matthew started in the industry in 1997 within a large corporate company where he worked with Group MD Martin Gibbon. He joined Balgores in 2005 to open the Romford Branch, which has gone from strength to strength. Matthew now looks after our three Havering Branches as well as Balgores Essex. Matthew is a family man with a wife and two children with whom he spends most of his spare time. He is also a keen sports fan.
