The firm has been established over 50 years and is independently owned by its Directors who are Chartered Surveyors with extensive and unrivalled experience in all of the main sectors. In recent years BA Commercial has merged with Gareth Williams Commercial another well-respected practice in North Wales. Our Head Office is based in Grosvenor Street, Chester in the heart of the city centre. The firm undertakes a range of commercial property valuations in compliance with the current requirements of the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards. All work is undertaken by RICS Registered Valuers and the following types of work are undertaken.
