Our Clapham High branch was one of the original aspire offices and prior to this was trading as another well established agent. Having occupied this same site for over 20 years we have seen an enormous change in our catchment area in that time. Once seen as slightly down at heel, Clapham North has now become a nightlife hub, with a vibrant restaurant, bar and club scene. Just fifteen minutes walk from the High Street is Brixton, also having undergone massive change in recent years, and now seen as the current darling of the London foodie scene, with the emergence of Brixton Village, described by a well known critic as ‘the most exciting, radical venture on the British restaurant scene right now’. The nightlife is balanced by some great parks and leisure facilities, and good use of the green spaces particularly in the summer with events such as SW4 on the Common and the Lambeth Country Show in Brockwell Park.
