Office Manager
Tara started work as a the senior sales negotiator in Aldreds in 2008 after working at an independent estate agent in Gorleston for eight years. Tara then became office manager at the Lowestoft office in 2012 where she oversees the running of the office, staff cover and making sure the office is well equipped. She is also the sales pipeline coordinator.
Darren Capps
Branch Manager
Darren joined the firm in 2018 to head up our Lowestoft office, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the Lowestoft property market. Much liked for his no pressure, laid back approach, he has a proven track record of helping people achieve the best price for their homes whilst always maintaining the highest level of service. Darren lives with his fiancée Emma and two children Milo & Flynn and enjoys family days out in his spare time.
Courteney Pilkington MNAEA
Listings Manager
Courteney joined the firm in 2009 having previously worked as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary since 2006. Courteney became a member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2011 and was promoted to Senior Negotiator in the Lowestoft office in 2011 and then to Residential Manager of the Great Yarmouth office. In 2017, Courteney moved back to Lowestoft Office as Listings Manager.

Lynsay joined the firm as a part time negotiator in 2017 having previously worked for a corporate agency in the area for a number of years. Her experience and knowledge of the local property market is invaluable when dealing with our clients and buyers, arranging viewings and negotiating sales.
Beatrix Nicholls
Sales Negotiator
Beatrix joined Aldreds as an apprentice in 2015 and after completing her course in Business Administration, she joined the Lowestoft team full time. Now an important member of the team, Beatrix carries out many accompanied viewings, negotiates and progresses sales.
