All of my experience has been within Orpington and the surrounding areas, so my knowledge of the local property market and our diverse range of properties is second to none. This enables me to advise clients at every price level how they can achieve their sale or move at the best possible price in any market conditions. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

  With over a decade of experience in Estate Agency, I started my journey with Alan de Maid as a sales negotiator in 2015. Having lived in Orpington for most of my life and attending two local schools, I brought my first home here in 2017 and remained in the area when I moved in 2023. My career has always revolved around customer focused roles, and I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service. I am a keen sportsman outside of work, and enjoy spending time with my young family.

  I have been working in the property industry for nearly 4 years now, previously working for a well-established estate agent in Bromley. I started during the pandemic gaining a vast amount of experience and success very quickly. Playing sports my whole life has embedded the importance of a good work ethic and team work to achieve the best outcome. Out of the office, I love spending time with my wife and three children particularly watching my twin boys playing football for their local team.

  I first qualified as a Mortgage Consultant in 2002 and have worked for Countrywide Mortgage Services for 10 years as an Executive Mortgage and Protection Consultant. I enjoy meeting clients and recommending the most suitable mortgage from our carefully selected panel of lenders offering advice on the house moving process together with a recommendation for protection to include Buildings and contents cover, Life cover, Critical Illness Cover and income protection.

  I have worked for Alan de Maid for over 37 years now, 30 of which have been spent in Orpington. With extensive knowledge of the area, I am able to offer advice and information, especially relating to school catchment areas. Having moved home several times in the past, I can empathise first-hand with the often, stressful process associated with moving house. My passion for helping people move is still as strong as it was when I first joined the business in 1986. I’m married with two children.

  I started working for Alan de Maid in 2022. My jobs prior to working here have been quite diverse ranging from secretarial work, qualifying as a classroom assistant - working with children with special educational needs, receptionist with a deaf charity, then later qualifying as an electronic notetaker and working as a Communication Support Worker. I am really interested in the property industry and love meeting people and showing them round prospective new homes.
