  Ken Bell

  Manging Director

  Ken joined the team in 2008 after further academic study at Heriot-Watt University where he gained an MSc in Urban Real Estate Management and Development. In 2010 Ken became a member of ARLA and in 2012 passed the APIP accreditation exam. Previously Lettings Manager and Lettings Director, Ken became Sales Director in October 2020 and is now responsible for overseeing New Business and Customer Service.

  Beata Lozyniak

  Operations Director

  Beata joined the 1Let team in November 2015 as a Property Manager. Having worked in letting agencies in Glasgow and Edinburgh since 2007, she has vast experience within the letting industry. Beata is a fully qualified member of ARLA having completed her final exam in May 2017. She has managed to develop her skills further because of 1Let’s diverse and exciting working environment. Beata was promoted to Lettings Manager in August 2017 and Operations Director in October 2020. Beata’s passion for properties is ever growing! Outside 1Let, Beata loves spending time with her toddler and her partner.

  Tina-Dawn Hopking

  Lettings Manager

  Tina joined the 1Let team as Lettings Negotiator in September 2020. Her studies in Interior & Environmental Design at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design led to her interest in property. Alongside previous experience in property staging and a leading inventory company, Tina is looking to expand her knowledge in residential lettings by pursuing her ARLA qualification. With a wealth of customer focused experience, Tina aspires to provide tenants with a friendly and efficient journey to a new home, whilst building trusting relationships with 1Let landlords. In her free time, Tina enjoys being creative through her paintings and can be spotted socialising with friends, supporting Edinburgh’s local restaurants & bars.

  Karolina Tatarowicz

  Porfolio Manager

  Karolina has a strong hospitality and customer service oriented background and thrives in fast paced work environment. She discovered her passion to Property Management in 2021 and decided to take up new career path. She is in the process of completing ARLA accreditation and looking to grow and develop her skills and knowledge. In her free time, she spends time with her teenage daughter and family. They both love crime movies and books.

  Rosalind Johnson

  Portfolio Manager

  Rosalind joined the team in June 2022 as a Property Manager. Since 2014 she has worked with two other agencies in Edinburgh and has a wealth of experience within the letting industry. Rosalind enjoys working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment and is looking forward to growing her skill set at 1Let. She is focused on providing a first-rate customer service for both tenants and landlords by building strong relationships and providing support to both parties throughout every stage of the tenancy.

  Lettings Negotiator

  Rebecca graduated from Glasgow University where she studied Philosophy. This along with her swim teaching, where she assisted children with Autism, ADHD and Cerebal Palsy, has led her to begin a fulfilling career in property by helping people and creating a change. Rebecca joined 1Let in November 2022 as Lettings Negotiator and has been extremely motivated providing first class service to 1Let clients.   Kornelia brings a breadth of experience in property sales and lettings, having dedicated over seven years to the industry before joining 1Let. With a passion for connecting with people, Kornelia excels in various key areas, including selecting optimal tenants, supervising refurbishment projects, conducting routine inspections, addressing client inquiries promptly, and managing tenancy turnovers efficiently.
